We Offer Comprehensive Hospice Services

Hospice services are a compassionate, comprehensive form of care for individuals facing a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less. These services focus on comfort rather than cure, emphasizing pain and symptom management while addressing the physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patient and their family. Hospice care is typically provided in the patient’s home, wherever that may be, and is available 24/7 through an interdisciplinary team. It includes nursing care, social work, counseling, medications for pain relief and symptom control, medical supplies, physician oversight, and bereavement support for families.

Medical and Symptom Management

Our dedicated hospice physicians work closely with your care team to ensure your comfort, manage symptoms, and provide expert guidance throughout your care.

Our skilled nurses visit regularly to monitor your condition, adjust care plans, and provide compassionate support tailored to your individual needs.

Our team oversees all aspects of your medications, ensuring the right treatments are in place to manage symptoms and provide relief. All medications are included in your Medicare benefit and are paid for as deemed necessary by the interdisciplinary group (IDG) and documented in the plan of care.

We provide all the necessary medical equipment, from hospital beds to wheelchairs, ensuring your environment is safe and comfortable.

Personal Care and Comfort

Our hospice aides assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene, ensuring your comfort and dignity are prioritized.

Our aromatherapy program uses soothing essential oils to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance your overall sense of well-being.

We provide guidance on meal planning and nutrition to ensure you maintain strength and receive the right nourishment throughout your care.

Emotional and Community Support

Our grief counselors offer compassionate support to help you and your loved ones process the emotional challenges that arise during this time.
